Pouls, sleep and recovery ring app (concept project)

01 The project

The night drawn on a ring, and one suggestion a day with its reason.

Pouls is a self-initiated concept: the mobile app of a fictional sleep and recovery ring. A score out of 100 judges the night without explaining anything, and estimates are shown as measurements.

Pouls draws the night on a ring, phase by phase. Every value sits in the person’s usual range, what is estimated is called an estimate, and the app suggests only one thing a day, with its reason.

03 Transparency

  • Concept project, made on my own to show my method.
  • No client, sample data, the ring is a generated image and not a real product, usability test planned but not run.
