Parade
Four minutes a week: security training that employees finish.

01 The project
Four minutes a week: security training that employees finish.
Parade is a self-initiated concept: a security awareness platform with four minutes a week for employees, results by team for the security lead, and an evidence file for the auditor.
The look is bitmap and retro computing: square corners, hard shadows, 52 icons drawn on a 12 by 12 pixel grid, in a Paper and a Phosphore mode. People learn by pointing at clues, and simulation results are shown by team of five or more, never by name.
Desk research with dated sources, wireframes, a design system (103 variables, 37 components with 165 variants), 12 screens and a clickable prototype of 66 links.
